Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Entry

  • Booking is confirmed only after email confirmation.
  • Arrive on time. 20+ minutes late may mean refusal or a shorter session.
  • Group size: follow room limits. Max 7 players per room.
  • Waiver required for all players before play. No waiver means denying entry.

Gameplay Rules

  • Game length: standard 60 minutes.
  • Remaining time shows on the AHS monitor.
  • No force: do not use excessive power on props, locks, doors, or fixtures.
  • Respect items labeled “Do not touch.” They may be part of the puzzle logic without handling.
  • A Panic Button is near the exit. Press it, then push/pull to leave.

Safety & Conduct

  • Follow all instructions from Manager/Receptionist/Game Master.
  • Staff may pause a game for safety and resume after hazards are fixed.
  • No pushing, climbing, running, or dangerous actions. Breach will end your game without refund.

Devices & Property

  • No phone use inside rooms for photos, video, calculator, or flashlight.
  • Lockers are provided. You are responsible for your belongings and any loss or damage, except where law says otherwise.

Hints & Support

  • Automated Hint System (AHS): press Help for hints, Extra Help for more.
  • Press Emergency on the AHS to contact staff for other issues.

Age & Supervision

  • Suitable for all ages. Recommended 12+ for full engagement.
  • Ages 7–11 must play with an adult in the room. Adult fee is mandatory.

Food & Events

  • No outside food or drinks allowed.
  • Events exception: cakes allowed for birthday or teambuilding events. Bring plates and cutlery.

Monitoring

  • We see and hear you via inroom cameras/audio for safety and support.

Damages & Fees

  • You are responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  • Repair or replacement fees will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations

    • For regular bookings cancellation fees are not applicable.
    • For Birthday Parties, Team Building Activities & School Trips cancellation fees: 7 days before 100%, 3 days before 50%, less than 3 days not refundable.

    Refunds

      1. Experience-based Products (Escape Games, Cube Games, Dinosaur's VR):

      • All sales are final once the experience has started.
      • If we are unable to provide the service due to our own technical issues, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

      2. Physical Products (Board Games, Brand Merch):

      • For Manufacturer's defected items: A refund, repair, or replacement is available within 2 days of purchase for unused items that are in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
      • For change of mind: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of purchase for unused items that are in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.

      Law & Contact

      • Key aspects include federal and local laws protecting copyright with penalties for violations like operating without a license or disseminating false information. All permits should be aligned with the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism.

      Acceptance

      • Play rules are posted before entry. Entering the room means you accept these rules and terms.
